William of 4M Plumbing came to our rescue to take care of a leak on the connections to our washer. I also had William give us a quote on a new water softener system since our previous one stopped working. William is a genuinely good person. He took the time to explain at least 3 different options based on my concerns and budget. I felt like I was having a conversation with a long-term friend. In the end, based on our needs and William's sound advice, I need to save a little more money to buy the system that will handle our needs for years to come. I look forward to doing business with William and 4M Plumbing in the near future. 4M Plumbing will be my go-to contact for all our plumbing needs. Update: while originally I posted about lack of communication, these guys were gracious and able to come out asap and solve our problems and then some. Our house is old and has problems but Will was able to come in and educate us and help us out greatly. This is the third time they’ve come out to help us and while I hope our plumbing holds out, I will be continuing business with 4M. Thank you!! Made an appointment on Thursday, they said they would come out Friday between 2-4…it’s now Saturday and they never showed up. Not a call or anything. I called because they fixed my shower before and it’s not working and still within warranty. Even at that time, the plumber was late and never called. This is a pattern not a good way to do business. ~ Kathryn O

A life saver. My toilet started making bubbling noises the night prior and I assumed I could hold off on a plumber. Unfortunately, it disagreed and sewage started coming out of my tub the following night! It was already after 9pm but Will took my call and was at my door in about 45 minutes. He took the time to explain what was happening (turned out to be a giant clog 40 feet deep!) and what he could do. He took the time to educate and what to keep in mind for the future since the pipes are from 1960 and the house doesn't have a clean out. He was very polite and took care to come in and out with booties over his shoes. The next morning, he came back to fix a leak from the very old valve on my toilet. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication to make sure I had a fully functional toilet again. Thank you! ~ Nathalie G

Writing a review for 4M Plumbing Service. Will B. with 4M came to my home to help with a slow flushing toilet. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was and offered several options to remedy the problem. Never trying to upsell me or discourage me with choosing the lower cost option. I Will probably have to replace the toilet sooner than later but he bought me some time so that I didn’t have to do it immediately. While he was there he also replaced a cartridge in a shower valve. If you have ever replaced a shower cartridge, you know how difficult it can sometimes be. But he handled it fairly quickly with specialized tools and experience. I also would like to commend Will B.and 4M for showing as scheduled and the communication prior to showing up. I also like that he didn’t mind explaining what he was doing as he went along. I would definitely recommend Will and 4M for your plumbing needs. ~ DanCan (

I had a great experience with 4M Plumbing. Bart showed up right on time, which was very much appreciated. He handled the job with professionalism from start to finish. The plumber was courteous and explained the work clearly and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. The work was completed exactly as promised, this time I had a dishwasher installed with no hidden costs or delays. Their pricing was fair and straightforward, and I felt confident in the work done. I’ve also referred this company for gas leaks, pipe faucet installation in back yards, as well as regular drain maintenance and garbage disposal cleaning. No job too big or small. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that’s punctual, trustworthy, and provides excellent customer service at a reasonable price I highly recommend them. We were in need of having a water heater replaced. 4M quickly responded with a morning appointment to assess the problem. We really did not expect for the work to be done and finished that day. But it was and done to our satisfaction. Very happy with their customer service also. Update: Fast-forward about 3 months: water heater is working great, needed another plumbing repair.
